Data controller
The website www.planificatys.com is published by Vogea Consulting, a French single-member limited liability company (SARL à associé unique) registered with the Pointe-à-Pitre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 106 384 506, Impasse Pierre Justin, 97190 Le Gosier, Guadeloupe, France, which is the controller of the processing described here. This policy covers the website. What the Planificatys app does with your data – none of it reaches us – is described in the apps’ privacy policy (in French).
No data collected by the website
The website can be browsed freely: no account, no registration, no form. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and contains no audience measurement, advertising, social media buttons or trackers, so no consent banner is needed.
The App Store badge and links
The “Download on the App Store” badge is loaded from Apple’s servers, which, like any server, receive your IP address and technical information about your browser when it loads. Links to the App Store open Apple’s website: what Apple then does with your data is governed by its own privacy policy. Links to the other PAPO apps and to Vogea Consulting lead to our other websites.
Server logs
Like any hosting provider, OVH SAS (Roubaix, France), which hosts the website on our behalf, records technical logs on each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). They are used for the security and proper operation of the website; we do not use them to identify visitors or to follow their browsing.
If you write to us
If you write to us, by e-mail or through Vogea Consulting’s contact form, we use your message only to reply to you and keep it for no more than three years after the last exchange. It is never sold, rented or passed on. The contact form is described in the Vogea Consulting website privacy policy.
Security
The website is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Its pages run only their own scripts and load no external content other than Apple’s badge.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it or request its portability by writing to contact@vogea-consulting.fr or to our postal address. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) or with the data protection authority of your country.
