01 — Programme

The table and the Gantt, in a single view

Enter your tasks and set the links: dates are calculated in working days and displayed by day, week, month or quarter. Drag a bar and everything that depends on it follows.

  • Summary trade packages and diamond milestones
  • Finish → start, start → start, finish → finish, start → finish, with lag
  • Unachievable constraints flagged, loops rejected on entry

02 — Risk analysis New

When will you really finish?

Planificatys recalculates the programme hundreds of times, with uncertain durations plus Guadeloupe’s bad weather and hurricanes: likely finish, P50, P80, recommended buffer and the probability of meeting the contract period.

  • Only the remaining work varies: actual progress is locked in
  • The tasks that drive the finish, ranked
  • Expected delay penalties, costed

03 — Monday progress update

The Monday progress update in two minutes

Every week, record progress on the tasks under way: the remaining work is rescheduled, actuals are plotted and any slippage of the finish is plain to see.

  • Planned progress and previous update displayed
  • “Fill in as planned” to save time
  • The Home page lists the sites to update

04 — Critical path

You know where to start

Total float and free float show whether each task is late, critical or near-critical. The Home page shows the critical path tasks for the next fortnight.

  • Baseline programme and variance in working days
  • Contract: start order, contract period, extensions, penalties
  • Calendars with Guadeloupe bank holidays and bad weather days
The Planificatys Home page: current programmes with their progress, and tasks on the critical path within the next fortnight
05 — Costs and prices

The programme speaks euros too

Direct cost and selling price for each task, totalled by trade package and by site. The S-curve plots the cumulative direct cost; actuals are added as dotted lines: Monday progress updates and amounts invoiced in Onitorys.

  • Amounts brought in automatically from the Prixalys estimate
  • Progress weighted by euros
  • S-curve by month or by week

06 — Workload plan

All your teams, week after week

The workload plan brings all your sites together: people per week against capacity, planned and actual invoicing, points of attention.

  • Headcount per task and a workload histogram
  • Actuals from Onitorys timesheets and receipts
  • Quotations sent from Prixalys, as prospects

A simplified demo on a small programme. In Planificatys, the analysis runs on your real programme and its calendar – bank holidays, bad weather and hurricanes in Guadeloupe – with the delay penalties to expect and the tasks that drive the finish.

And more

Designed by and for site managers.

A programme in minutes

Import a bill of quantities or a schedule of rates from Excel, paste a list of tasks from Excel, Word or an email, or copy another site’s programme: hierarchy, amounts and links carry over.

Guadeloupe calendars

National bank holidays and Guadeloupe’s statutory holidays – Good Friday, 27 May, 21 July, with Mid-Lent as an option – plus bad weather days and make-up days.

Contract and penalties

Start order, preparation period, contract period in calendar or working days, extensions: the cost of any overrun is calculated.

Baseline programme

Frozen at tender, at contract signature or at the start order, with each task’s variance in working days.

PDF from A4 to A0

Company logo, title block, your choice of scale and period, custom page layout.

Structure view of all sites

All your sites on the same timescale: stacked, overlapping or broken down by trade package.

Adjustable labels

Name, dates, duration or resources either side of each bar: a printed programme speaks for itself.

Multiple selection

Delete, indent or move a block of tasks, with a single undo.

PAPO ecosystem

Four apps,
one site.

Planificatys is one of Vogea Consulting’s four construction apps – Prixalys, Administratys, Planificatys and Onitorys. They keep each other in sync, with no server, through your iCloud Drive folder: sites, contacts, amounts and actuals move from one to another, so nothing is entered twice.

Planificatys sends

  • Programmes, which appear in Administratys and Onitorys
  • The dates of sites created in Administratys, followed by Onitorys

Planificatys receives

  • Sites from Administratys and Onitorys: their programme is created automatically
  • The direct cost and selling price of the Prixalys estimate items, on each task
  • Actuals from Onitorys – timesheets, receipts, amounts invoiced – for the S-curve and the workload plan
  • Quotations sent from Prixalys, as prospects in the workload plan

No server

Each app saves its files in your iCloud Drive folder: all your devices work on the same files, with no online account with us.

Each app reads, none overwrites

An app reads the other apps’ files and never writes to them: there is no shared database and no exchange file.

Nothing gets lost

Synchronisation never deletes anything, and whatever arrives from another app is written to the log of received changes.

Free to switch off

Each app works on its own; synchronisation can be turned off in its settings. An out-of-date version is flagged, without blocking anything.

Devices

Mac, iPhone and iPad.
One app.

Planificatys is a universal app: one app on the App Store for Mac, iPhone and iPad, which adapts to each screen and works on the same files everywhere.

Privacy

Your data stays with you.

Vogea Consulting runs no server for its apps: what you enter stays on your devices and in your folder.

In your folder

Your data is stored in a folder you choose – iCloud Drive, for example, so that your Mac, iPhone and iPad work on the same files – in formats you can read without the app.

Accounts and access

An administrator creates the user accounts, shared by the four apps, and sets access app by app: full, read-only, none, or hidden pages. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

No tracking

No advertising, no analytics, no trackers: the apps collect no data, and Vogea Consulting receives nothing you enter.

Read the apps’ privacy policy.

Pricing

One simple subscription,
all your devices.

Planificatys is a free download on the App Store; you subscribe in the app, in a few seconds, with your Apple Account.

Each app has its own subscription; as soon as you use two of them, they keep each other in sync.

FAQ

The answers, before you start.

How is the finish date calculated?

All durations are counted in working days on the programme’s calendar, allowing for bank holidays. A forward pass gives each task its early dates, and a backward pass its late dates: the difference is the total float, and zero float puts the task on the critical path.

What does the risk analysis do?

It recalculates the programme hundreds of times, varying the duration of the remaining work – from −10% at best to +30% at worst on a typical site – and drawing Guadeloupe’s bad weather and hurricanes at random. You get the likely finish (P50), the 80% finish (P80), the recommended buffer and the probability of meeting the contract period. The runs are reproducible, and nothing is changed in the programme.

Can I start from a bill of quantities or an Excel file?

Yes. The references and task names from a bill of quantities, a schedule of rates or a quotation (.xlsx, .xlsm, .csv) become a programme, hierarchy included, with the amount of each line. A list copied from Excel, Word or an email can also be pasted straight into the programme.

How much does Planificatys cost?

Planificatys is a free download on the App Store; using it requires a monthly subscription of €59.99 (price in France, VAT included) for the whole team (one administrator and up to ten users), taken out in the app and billed by Apple. The subscription renews every month and can be cancelled at any time in your Apple Account settings. In other countries, the App Store shows the price in your local currency.

Which devices does it run on?

Planificatys is a single app for Mac, iPhone and iPad (universal purchase): the interface adapts to each screen, and one subscription covers all the team’s devices.

Do I need all four apps of the ecosystem?

No. Each app works on its own and has its own subscription. As soon as you use two of them, they synchronise automatically through your data folder; synchronisation can be turned off in the settings if you prefer to work independently.

Where is my data stored?

In a folder you choose, on your devices – in iCloud Drive, for example, to find the same files on your Mac, iPhone and iPad. Vogea Consulting runs no server and receives nothing you enter. See the privacy policy.

Can several people work together?

Yes. The subscription covers the whole team: one administrator and up to ten users. The administrator creates the accounts, shared by the four apps, and sets each person’s access, app by app: full, read-only, no access or hidden pages.

Which languages is it available in?

Planificatys is available in English (UK and US), French and nine other languages: Spanish (Spain and Latin America), Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), German, Italian, Japanese and Korean.

How do I get help?

Planificatys includes its user guide, opened at the right chapter with the F1 key on a Mac, and its release notes. For any question, write to contact@vogea-consulting.fr or use Vogea Consulting’s contact page.
